All donations made in connection with a fundraising campaign are paid to Charities Aid Foundation of America (“CAFA”), an IRS-recognized, U.S. public charity whose mission is to make giving internationally and domestically safe, easy and effective for U.S. donors. CAFA prequalifies each Charity as an eligible recipient of CAFA grants. At the end of each fundraising campaign, so long as the Charity continues to qualify as an eligible recipient of CAFA grants, CAFA will make a grant to the Charity of the net proceeds of the fundraising campaign.

Details: Six (6) Winners will each win (1) limited edition artist print of Shepard Fairey’s cover artwork signed by Fairey. Each Winner will also receive (1) An American Treasure Super Deluxe Box Set, featuring four CDs, 60 tracks, and an 84-page hardbound book with photographs and an essay from Nicholas Dawidoff. Box set will be autographed by The Heartbreakers and personally addressed to each winner by name. The set will also include custom reproductions of Tom Petty’s handwritten lyrics (with a numbered certificate of authenticity).

You must be at least 13 years old to win. Winners under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian as their Guest. In addition to Winner requirements (detailed below), Winner may need to complete and return a publicity and liability release.

Selection Process:
Conditional Winners will be chosen through a random selection process by Omaze or its representative. Odds of winning depend on the number of tickets held.
