Tallahatchie River Foundation: Founded by Morgan Freeman, the Tallahatchie River Foundation is committed to quality early childhood education in the state of Mississippi. The Foundation invests in and aids organizations such as the Mississippi Early Learning Alliance, which works to bring about systemic change for Mississippi’s children and support their holistic development, and Tallahatchie Early Learning Alliance, which provides quality early learning opportunities for children in the local community. Your support can help them continue this pivotal work.
ACLU Foundation SoCal: The American Civil Liberties Union of Southern California (ACLU Foundation SoCal) defends the fundamental rights of all Californians—no matter who they are or where they come from. Your donation can support the ACLU Foundation SoCal’s work to make the Bill of Rights a reality for all.
This experience raises funds for Charities Aid Foundation America (“CAF America”), a US-registered, 501(c)(3) public charity. 100% of donations for this experience go to CAF America, who will then grant the donations, minus the experience fees and costs, to Tallahatchie River Foundation Inc & ACLU Foundation SoCal (the “Designated Grantees”). For more info on how much will go to the Designated Grantees, the expected timeframe in which the Designated Grantees will receive the grants, and the rare circumstances in which CAF America may reassign funds to a similar grantee, see the “Fundraising Transparency” section at the bottom of each experience page.

Fundraising Transparency
This Experience is part of a fundraising campaign for Charities Aid Foundation America (“CAF America”), which is a globally recognized, United States 501(c)(3) public charity.
How it works: Omaze and CAF America work together to offer incredible Experiences, like this one. You don’t have to donate to enter, but if you do, Omaze transfers 100% of donations raised in this Experience to CAF America, who then uses the donations, less various Experience costs and fees (see more below), to make a charitable grant to the identified Designated Grantee(s). Omaze covers everything needed to run the sweepstakes. This means both CAF America and the non-profit grantees can spend less time worrying about raising funds and instead focus their energy on doing awesome work.
Where does your money go: For Omaze Premiere Experiences, like this one, from every dollar you donate, 60 cents is guaranteed to CAF America and is used to fund and distribute the grants to the Designated Grantee(s). If there are multiple Designated Grantees, then grants of equal share are made to each. Typically, of the remaining 40 cents, 25 cents used to pay for Experience costs, including Prize costs, payment processing fees, and advertising to awesome people like you. The remaining amount, which is typically about 15 cents of each dollar donated, goes to Omaze and is used to cover our cost of providing and maintaining the technology and team that makes this all happen.
