At the end of each fundraising campaign, so long as the Charity continues to qualify as an eligible recipient of CAFA grants, CAFA will make a grant to the Charity of the net proceeds of the fundraising campaign.

Details: Winner and Guest will win tickets to the San Francisco Giants® and Los Angeles Dodgers® game on September 29, 2018, and participate in a pre-game ceremony where Winner and Guest will meet Buster Posey and Winner will take home Buster’s 2018 Toyota® Tacoma® TRD Pro. Should the winner live outside of a 100 mile radius of AT&T Park (24 Willie Mays Plaza San Francisco, CA 94107), airfare accommodations and a maximum of one (1) night’s stay at a hotel in San Francisco will be made available for the winner and a guest. If winner lives within the 100 mile radius, vehicle transportation will be made to and from Winner’s residence.

Vehicle information:

The winner will receive ownership of the vehicle through a Northern California Toyota Dealer. Should transportation of the vehicle be necessary per the discretion of the prize provider, the arrangements and costs will be covered by the prize provider. Also, per California DMV requirements, an inspection of the vehicle will be performed prior to delivery of the vehicle.

Who's Eligible:
You must be at least 18 years old to win. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless Winner is the legal guardian of Guest and Guest is at least 5 years of age or older at the time of travel. In addition to Winner requirements (detailed below), Guest must complete and return a publicity and liability release prior to departure. If Winner is the legal guardian of Guest, Winner must execute and return all required documents on behalf of such child or legal ward.

In order to be eligible to win, Winner must be a resident of the United States of America, and not a resident of the states of Florida or New York. In addition, certain countries prohibit the importation of a previously owned vehicle. Entry is subject to all local laws. Entry is subject to all local laws. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Charity, or Prize Provider, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to win.

Selection Process:
Conditional Winners will be chosen through a random selection process by Omaze or its representative. Odds of winning depend on the number of tickets held. A verification process will take place during which conditional Winners will be required to sign paperwork re-confirming their eligibility and their ability to participate on given dates. Omaze may also perform background checks, at its discretion, before an official Winner is announced.
