All donations made in connection with a fundraising campaign are paid to Charities Aid Foundation of America (“CAFA”), an IRS-recognized, U.S. public charity whose mission is to make giving internationally and domestically safe, easy and effective for U.S. donors. CAFA prequalifies each Charity as an eligible recipient of CAFA grants. At the end of each fundraising campaign, so long as the Charity continues to qualify as an eligible recipient of CAFA grants, CAFA will make a grant to the Charity of the net proceeds of the fundraising campaign.

Prize Provider:
Showtime Networks Inc. ("Prize Provider")

Details: Prize Provider operates the SHOWTIME premium television network available to viewers in the United States, and plans to air in 2019 between five and ten boxing events taking place in the United States or Puerto Rico (“Domestic”) under the banner “Showtime Championship Boxing”.  Once Prize Provider announces one of those 2019 Domestic Showtime Championship Boxing events, you will have the chance to win a trip for two people to that Domestic Showtime Championship Boxing event and will be entered in each of the remaining 2019 Domestic Showtime Championship Boxing event drawings (each of those trips, a “Prize”). Each Prize package will include (but not be limited to) the following:  [a] round-trip coach air transportation for Winner and one (1) guest to the airport closest to the city where the event will take place from a single major U.S. gateway airport nearest to the Prize winner’s home; [b] a 2-night hotel stay (one room/double occupancy) in a hotel of Sponsor’s choosing near the event venue; and, [c] two tickets to the event.

November 30, 2018 at 8:00am PT

Deadline to Enter:
Fourteen (14) days prior to each applicable 2019 Domestic Showtime Championship Boxing event at 11:59pm PT, culminating on November 15, 2019 at 11:59pm PT

Winners Announced:
On or around 5 days prior to the applicable Showtime Championship Boxing Event.

Promotion Structure:

The Promotion begins at 12:01:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on November 29th, 2018 and ends on November 15th, 2019 at 11:59:59 p.m. PDT (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion consists of a sweepstakes consisting of up to ten (10) random prize drawings (collectively, the “Drawing(s)”) that offers anybody who is eligible to enter (each an “Entrant”) the chance to win one of the Prizes described in “Details.” All Entries submitted during the Promotion Period will be entered into the active Drawing at the applicable date of entry as well as all subsequent remaining drawings (each such active window, an “Entry Period”), if any. Upon completion of a Drawing, eligible Entries shall be kept in the pool of eligible Entries throughout the remainder of the Promotion Period.

Approximate Retail Value:
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Prize is $2,250. Actual value of each Prize will vary based on the location of the event, the Prize winner’s point of departure, the dates of travel, and air fares at time of booking. Estimated Grand Total of the all Prizes for all Winners is up to $22,500, depending on the number of 2019 Domestic Showtime Championship Boxing events.

Who's Eligible:
Winner and Guest for each Prize must each be at least 21 years old at time of travel. In addition to Winner requirements (detailed below), Winner and Guest must each complete and return a publicity and liability release prior to departure.

Winners and Guests must be legal residents of the United States. If they are unable to travel to the event location on the date of the event, they will forfeit the prize. Winners and Guests must not be residents of Belgium, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Italy, North Korea, Singapore, Sudan, Syria or Thailand. In certain countries, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation. Entry is subject to all local laws. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Charity, or Prize Provider, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to win.

Individuals may not receive more than one major/grand prize and one minor prize within the same 18 month period.

Selection Process:
Conditional Winners will be chosen through a random selection process by Omaze or its representative. Odds of winning depend on the number of tickets held. A verification process will take place during which conditional Winners will be required to sign paperwork re-confirming their eligibility and their ability to participate on given dates. Omaze may also perform background checks, at its discretion, before an official Winner is announced.
