W.E. Can Lead envisions a world where EVERY girl receives a quality education, her inherent potential is fully realized and she is able to influence her world. Currently operating in Sierra Leone, W.E. Can Lead anticipates expanding throughout West Africa and across the continent. Their custom designed hands-on curriculum includes topics such as communication skills, self-management, relational and conflict management, strategic planning, and project planning. Their methodology is interactive and includes public speaking and debates, community-based group projects, peer to peer and international mentoring, and internship opportunities.
