The Skatepark Project
About the cause
Founded in 2002 by professional skateboarder Tony Hawk, The Skatepark Project funds high-quality public skateparks in underserved communities to promote healthy and active lifestyles. Domestically, their Skatepark Grant programs have awarded over $10 million to 637 communities in all 50 states! They also support international programs that enrich the lives of youth through skateboarding.
This experience raises funds for Charities Aid Foundation America (“CAF America”), a US-registered, 501(c)(3) public charity. 100% of donations for this experience go to CAF America, which will then grant the donations, minus the experience fees and costs, to The Skatepark Project (the “Designated Grantee”).
