The Actors Fund is proud to serve all professionals—not just actors—in film, television, theater, music, opera, radio and dance to address the unique and essential needs of people who work in performing arts and entertainment. Their customized programs and services strive to support a life in the arts for those in front of and behind the camera. The Actors Fund knows that employment in any division of the performing arts and entertainment industry is unpredictable; work is erratic and security is fleeting. The Fund provides services such as emergency financial assistance, affordable housing resources, health care and insurance counseling, senior care and secondary career development.
