About the cause
The Rex Foundation aims to help secure a healthy environment, promote individuality in the arts, provide support to critical and necessary social services, assist others less fortunate than ourselves, protect the rights of indigenous people and ensure their cultural survival, build a stronger community, and educate children and adults everywhere.
The Jake Peavy Foundation is a 501(c)(3) taxexempt charitable organization founded in 2012 by San Francisco Giants' starting pitcher and Mobile, Ala., native, Jake Peavy. Jake is a twotime World Series Champion, threetime All Star & winning the NL Cy Young Award and pitching Triple Crown in 2007. By serving veterans and at-risk youth through music, education, and financial literacy programs, The Jake Peavy Foundation aims to empower and support these courageous and determined individuals in their pursuit of building strong foundations for even brighter futures.
