About the cause
Laureus Sport for Good was founded because of Nelson Mandela’s belief that “sport has the power to change the world.” Laureus uses the power of sport to help tackle the causes of hardship through a worldwide program of community sports projects that combat social challenges facing children and young people, such as violence and crime, discrimination, lack of education, unemployment and preventable diseases. Your donation will help bring people together who share a belief in the power of sport to break down barriers, to engage with others and to change the world for the better by inspiring hope and positive change.
