About the cause
109 World is an organization dedicated to enabling each person’s unique ability to make a change in the world by creating online movements, hosting global mission trips and raising awareness for the greatest social and environmental challenges of our time. By supporting 109 World, you’re creating positive impact within seven causes for which they raise awareness and financial support: women, education, food security, environment, animals, children and water. Before each mission trip, 109 World finds local organizations that are already addressing an issue to utilize as many local resources as possible, which maintains jobs and economic stability in each community.
Funds raised during this campaign will allow 109 World to be active within more causes, creating more positive impact around the world. They’ll be able to carry through the upcoming mission trip to Haiti, which supports schools and reforestation programs, as well as the mission trip to India that aims to lift an entire village out of poverty through women empowerment.
