MTV and Architecture for Humanity are teaming up to rebuild the boardwalk of Seaside Heights, which was was the hardest hit area of any coastal areas during Hurricane Sandy. The 18-block boardwalk, which is the economic lifeline of the area has been completely devastated.
So we have to step up and be the difference that rebuilds this area. With your help we can raise enough money to restore the boardwalk and save this area that is the home to 3,000 people and attracts 65,000 visitors every year.

If we were going to give “hippest award show” to anyone it would be the MTV Movie Awards. Sure, anyone could give us awesome categories like “best gut-wrenching performance” and “best on-screen dirtbag” but where else can we find that amount of hot people in one place? MTV knows exactly what you want and they’re happy to give it to you. That’s exactly why 3.2 million people tuned in to this year’s awards. Yes, this was a year of superior acting that punched us right in the feels (remember when Rue died and Katniss had to bury her in flowers?!)
